Ingredients
100g butter 60g sugar 2 pcs Eggs 1/3tsp baking powder 100g Self raising flour 2 drops vanilla essence 2-3 drops food colour (blue)
Cuisine: Cooking time: 15 mins Serving: 10-12 portions people

Directions

  1. Cream the butter and the sugar together until light and fluffy
  2. Beat in the egg one at a time, adding little of the flour as you pour in the egg
  3. Fold in the remaining flour
  4. Add the vanilla essence, mix well and half the mixture
  5. In one half, mix in the blue color
  6. Scoop half of each  mixture into cupcake cases and swirl with a fork.
  7. Bake in a PRE-HEATED oven at 180 degrees centigrade for about 10 minutes or insert a toothpick and if it comes out smooth and not sticky take cupcakes out of oven.
