Ingredients
- 4 treetomatoes
- 100ml low fat milk
- 100ml natural yoghurt

method:
1. Cut the tree tomato into half, scoop out the flesh and put in a blender
2. Add the milk, yoghurt and blend until smooth
3. serve immediately
*Tree tomato fruit is both sweet and tangy so if you would prefer your smoothie sweeter, use vanilla yoghurt instead of natural yoghurt.
